Spend eleven hours on Lake Lavon (east of Plano) learning how to sail a 24-foot keelboat. This is a great way to get into sailing and makes a wonderful gift for someone who has always wanted to learn to sail.

NO PRIOR SAILING EXPEIENCE IS REQUIRED!

The price of the course includes the ASA 101 text, Sailing Made Easy, the Texas Boater Safety Certifcation, lunch, and refeshments. We meet at Collin Park Marina on Lake Lavon. After a detail boat checkout and orientation, you will take a sail boat out and learn all the basic moves to control a 24-foot keelboat in light to moderate winds.

UPCOMING CLASSES
ASA 101 Level I classes usually are held the second Saturday and Sunday of each month: March through November.
On Saturdays, we meet from 8:30 to 4:30 and on Sundays, we meet from 9:00 to 12:00.
